The following trials were carried out in Belgium in 2003 and 2004, the aim being to assess the performance of Final K® on the yield and protein content in Kaltop, Meunier, Baltimore, Patrel and Corvus wheat varieties.

Figure 1 shows the average results obtained in year 2003 in the Kaltop and Meunier varieties. As can be observed, Final K significantly increased the yield in 460 and 480 kg/ha respectively.

Furthermore, the protein content was analysed that same year and in both cases Final K increased that parameter with respect to the control. In the tests performed during 2004, the same trend was confirmed in the Kaltop, Meunier, Baltimore, Patrel and Corvus varieties.

Since it is formulated with the maximum potassium concentration (465 g/l), and because it is a totally soluble solution based on nitrogen in ureic form and a special anti-blocking agent, Final K provides the necessary potassium at times of maximum demand, being totally available and easily assimilated by crops.
